A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date.

Lifestyle Sessions: A $50 non-refundable retainer is due at booking and is applied toward your total session balance.

Weddings: A $500 non-refundable retainer (plus applicable online processing fee) is due at booking and secures your wedding date.

The remaining balance is due on or before your session or wedding date. Final payment may be made by cash or online invoice (processing fee applies).

Yes! Once we've discussed the details of your session or wedding, I'll send you an electronic contract to review and sign. The contract outlines everything you need to know and protects both you and Lauren Photo Co.

Your contract and booking retainer invoice will be sent together, and your date will be officially reserved once both are completed.

My full cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in your contract. Since Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable, I'm always happy to work with you to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions, and I do my best to keep additional dates available when possible.

If your reschedule is for a non-weather-related reason, I'm happy to work with you as well. However, if a session or wedding is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice more than once (excluding weather), a new booking retainer will be required to reserve another date.

Absolutely! I love traveling and would be honored to capture your memories wherever they take you.

Travel within 30 minutes of Norman, Oklahoma is included. Locations beyond that are subject to a travel fee based on distance and mileage. If you're planning a destination session or wedding, I'd be happy to provide a custom travel quote!

For lifestyle sessions, your fully edited online gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks. If you need your photos by a specific date, I recommend scheduling your session well in advance.

Your session is all about you, so the location should reflect your personality and style! Whether it's a favorite coffee shop, an open field, downtown streets, or somewhere meaningful to you, I'm happy to photograph wherever you feel most like yourself.

Your online gallery will remain available for download for a limited time after delivery:

Seasonal Mini Sessions: 2 weeks
Regular Sessions: 1 month
Weddings: 2 months

Once a gallery has expired, a $150 gallery retrieval fee will apply if you would like it reactivated, provided the images are still available.
